Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment Booking Appointments may be booked online through our website, by phone, or in person at Ritual Skin Lounge. A valid credit or debit card is be required to secure your appointment. By booking an appointment, you agree to our cancellation and no-show policy as outlined below. Ritual Skin Lounge reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion.
2. Service Deposit Policy To secure your appointment at Ritual Skin Lounge, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service. Deposits are collected to reserve your esthetician's time and ensure our team can fully prepare for your visit.
In the event of a cancellation made with a minimum of 48 hours notice, your deposit may be transferred toward a future appointment scheduled within 30 days of the original booking. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Ritual Skin Lounge reserves the right to adjust the deposit amount based on the service type and duration. Deposit amounts will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Members of The MINI Ritual or The LUXE Ritual membership program are subject to the same deposit policy, with the exception of their 3 annual waived cancellation fees as outlined in the Membership Terms & Conditions.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy We kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $100 depending on the cost of the service.. No-shows meaning appointments missed without any prior notice will be charged a no-show fee equal to a percentage of the scheduled service value. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments or refusal of future bookings. We understand that emergencies happen and will always do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis.
4. Late Arrivals We want every client to enjoy their full treatment experience, and we do our best to accommodate everyone. Out of respect for our estheticians and other clients, we offer a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, we will do our very best to accommodate you, though please be aware that your treatment time may be shortened accordingly and the full service fee will still apply.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be considered forfeited and a $75 late cancellation fee will be assessed to the card on file. Your deposit will also be forfeited. We completely understand that life happens and unexpected delays are sometimes unavoidable if you know you're running behind, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to work with you.
5. Service Disclaimer The treatments and services offered at Ritual Skin Lounge are performed by licensed estheticians for cosmetic purposes only. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Results may vary from person to person. Ritual Skin Lounge does not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment or service. It is the client's responsibility to disclose any known allergies, skin sensitivities, medications, medical conditions, or recent procedures prior to receiving any service. Ritual Skin Lounge will not be held liable for any adverse reactions resulting from failure to disclose relevant medical or health information.
6. Product Purchases All product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. If a product is received damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue. Ritual Skin Lounge is not responsible for individual reactions to products. We strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to full application of any new product.
7. Pricing All service and product prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Ritual Skin Lounge reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Promotional pricing and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. Prices displayed on our website reflect current offerings but may not include applicable taxes or gratuity.
8. Gift Cards Ritual Skin Lounge gift cards are available for purchase and may be redeemed toward services or products. Gift cards have no expiration date and cannot be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost or stolen, or used to purchase other gift cards. Ritual Skin Lounge is not responsible for unauthorized use of gift cards.
9. Membership Terms Membership enrollment, billing, benefits, cancellation, and all related policies are governed by the Ritual Skin Lounge Membership Terms & Conditions, which are incorporated into these website terms by reference. Please review the membership terms carefully before enrolling.
